Galatians 6:7-10 (NIV)
Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

God misses nothing. He sees the Good, the Bad and yes even the Ugly. He has given us a free will and with that in place, we are responsible beings and responsible for our choices and actions. Good reaps good and bad reaps bad.
We are looking for rewards in life and there is nothing wrong with that. God is a rewarder of those who do good things for godly reasons. We need to remember that by doing the right things consistently, we honor our Savior and Lord, and we reap the benefits of those right actions. We often misunderstand God's operating system - not all rewards from God are paid up in heaven only, scripture clearly teaches that many are dispensed earth-side.
Sensing God's pleasure when we are about His will is a reward that cannot be overestimated. Not all of God's rewards come on the "delayed gratification plan"
When we are engaged in doing as God has instructed us, listen for the "applause of Heaven". The more that we do, the more we listen, the more intense and motivating that applause becomes.
God is wise enough to know that we need encouragement in our soul to continue to do His bidding. So don't be afraid seek His will and His approval - it will spiritually energize us and elevate His name and fame.
In His Grace,
